Social Worker of College and Career Readiness

The Social Worker of College and Career Readiness works closely with  students, families, school staff, and community partners to create individualized plans for personal,  academic, and career development. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to  foster a supportive, inclusive environment. 

Part-Time Program Coordinator

The HSU Program Coordinator oversees Saturday programming at Carlow University, manage weekday virtual tutoring sessions, and ensure smooth coordination between program staff, providers, and families. This role is designed to support student learning and engagement by maintaining program quality, facilitating communication, and providing consistent oversight.

High School University (HSU) School Year & Summer Teaching Assistants

HSU Teaching Assistants work with our NLA Program Managers and college professors to design support materials and non-academic supports that will build student’s academic understandings, skills, college readiness, and social-emotional intelligence. Teaching Assistants must be able to teach multiple learning styles and have an encouraging attitude with the students.

K-5 Afterschool & Summer Camp Staff

The K-5 Little Warriors Afterschool Program and Summer Camp Program is designed to empower students to embrace their genius, establish a sense of community, and explore learning activities that enhance their health and well-being. This is done through active play, project-based learning, enriched learning experiences, and field trips. Staff will lead students in academic enrichment, arts, STEM, and community building activities. In addition, staff members will create a safe and welcoming environment. The NLA team is hiring supervisors, staff, and STEM teachers.
