Dale Crawford is NLA’s lead Program Coordinator. Learn more about her below!
My name is Dale Crawford. I grew up in Fairfax, Virginia. I went to college in Washington State and got my BA in Outdoor Environmental Education. I then worked as a Naturalist in California for two years before moving to Pittsburgh in 2010. I earned my Master’s in Teaching from Chatham University in 2011.
I worked at another nonprofit organization prior coming to NLA, where I worked as Coordinator for before and after school programming. From there, I became interested in continuing work in the after school education field, which led me to Neighborhood Learning Alliance.
